Straight answers.
If your question isn't here, email hello@chartwright.io. We reply within one business day.
Which practice-management systems does Chartwright support?
Open Dental today. That focus is deliberate — deep, read-only integration beats shallow everything. Other PMS support is on the roadmap.
What does my office need to run it?
A Windows server on your network (the same class of machine that already runs your practice management), and about two hours for guided installation.
Does my patient data go to the cloud?
No. PHI never leaves your building. Chartwright's hub receives only de-identified aggregate metrics and a daily license check. See the Security page for the plain-English version.
Do we need a BAA?
Not for Vitals — only de-identified aggregates ever leave your network, so Chartwright is not acting as a business associate there. For Chartwright OS, which runs on your server alongside PHI, a BAA is available and appropriate — we'll sign it. Ask at your demo and we'll send it in writing.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep everything. Your data stays on your server, the export works before, during, and after — no lock-in, no ransom.
What kind of support do we get?
Email support during business hours with best-effort 48-hour response, a monthly release train (first Tuesday), and urgent fixes as needed.
How is this different from big-box analytics dashboards?
Two ways: we certify the first month against your actual P&L before you trust a single number, and Vitals tells your office manager the three moves to make each morning — not just charts.
