What this website collects
Form submissions only. If you request a walkthrough or email us, we receive what you typed — your name, your practice, your email address, and your message — and we use it to reply to you and to talk with you about Chartwright. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to data brokers.
What the product sends us
Nothing about your patients. Chartwright deploys on your practice's own server. Patient information stays inside your walls — Chartwright never stores or possesses it, and support work happens on your system, under your authority and supervision.
How long we keep it
We keep what you sent us for as long as we're in conversation with you, and our business records for as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete your form submission and we will.
Asking us anything about this
Write to hello@chartwright.io — access, correction, and deletion requests included. A person reads it and replies within one business day.
